Jim was a excellent tech. He told me how things get red hot in the dryer's. He suggested your service yearly. He told me why things get hot inside the motor area. He really explained things.

Refrigerator ice maker repair
Service was on time and he was extremely helpful. Gave good advice and laid out all my options. Although my ice maker is sometimes not working when he was here it was working. He checked it out and couldn't find anything wrong and suggested replacing it if it continues to act up. No need to replace it now. I said if it quits again I will probably replace the refrigerator since it is 18 years old. I didn't want to put 400 - 500 dollars in one that old. Overall I am happy with the service call and will consider using Sears repair again if the need arises. Thanks for an excellent job.

Excellent service
John was very nice and very knowledgeable . He did an excellent job resolving my issues with our stove. We highly recommend his service ! However, the overall experience with Sears is horrible !! The automated lines are aggravating and when you do get a person you feel like you are still talking to a machine on the other side of the world !
