John was an excellent technician. Very knowledgeable and personable. He showed up when he said he would and did what was necessary to repair my gas furnace. Excellent job diagnosing issue with washer and providing an estimate for repair which helped decision to replace washer and also dryer because spouse wants paired appliances. Clean workplace and overall work.
