A Pleasant Refrigerator Repair Experience with Robert

Our in-Warranty refrigerator stopped cooling, Sears Technician Robert diagnosed the several problems expertly, ordered the correct parts, then when they arrived he returned and installed them. We now have a working refrigerator, fixed by a very competent, knowledgeable, and friendly person. Thanks Sears!
