Did a great job! No reflection on him but this service program stinks. I would rate it Zero. I would like a phone number to call please. I have tried to get service for my fridge/freezer twice and the program cancelled it. Finally you sent this young man on the third try. The telephone request service is awful. There is no way to reclama bad service. Probably going to buy a new appliance, but I will be looking for some other outfit to repair it...that I don't have to wait three months and two "mysterious" cancellations to get the work done. I miss the true Sears Roebuck service. It is dead.

Carolyn found a quick fix for a problem that another repair person missed. By the time Carolyn paid us a visit, we had paid $531.86 and our refrigerator was not fixed. In fact, we paid for a part that was not needed. Carolyn unplugged the refrigerator and thawed it out and it works great. Our attempts at getting some of our money refunded has been ignored. We were not happy with the company, but we were grateful to Carolyn!
