Technician was extremely nice and checked the cooling issue with the AC. He got the unit cooling again and stated if anything happened in the near future with the unit they would come back out and work to correct the problem.

Alexander was nice, worked very quick and did his job. However, Sears is not doing their job. This job took 1 month to complete with just a sealant job. Sealant was placed in the upstairs unit on the initial day. I was told parts/or replacement of unit was needed for the other unit. So, I was cancelled on the next week. Could get an appt for two more weeks. Then comes back and only puts sealant in which could have been done on initial day. It’s out of the technician’s hands and out in Sears lap. I’m certain they will be called again in another month when it’s June and the temp is in the 90’s. So it will be another $100 deductible, three weeks to complete and another hole in my ceiling. Do yourself a favor and go with another warranty program. If you live in the Birmingham area it’s just going to be a huge headache and waste of monthly fees and deductibles.
