Technician was good. Very unhappy with the price of the repair supplied by Sears. Icemaker module was quoted at $309.00. Labor was quoted at $250.00. I checked with several sources online and the part could be bought at $164 to $178 plus tax and shipping. At most a little over $200. I furthe R checked online for the time frame to remove the old part and replace the new part. That took about 15 to 20 minutes tops. Does not justify a charge of $250. Again the technician was knowledgeable and good. Sears pricing is most unreasonable and I will not used them again. Technician rating 5. Sears pricing NEGATIVE 10.
