The technician Chris that came out was very knowledgeable. He wasted no time and he had an extra part with him but my refrigerator needed to make the craft ice again he got right to work and knew what he was doing and today I had craft ice again thanks, Chris.

I've had three (3) technicians out for my LG washer/dryer. The first one ordered parts and forgot to plug back in the sidekick washer. The second technician had to come back and plug in the sidekick that the first technician forgot. Ken took apart the dryer, discovered that some of the parts ordered by the first technician weren't needed and SOLVED the problem with the knocking and installed other parts (which were correctly ordered by the first tech as well as other parts he had on his truck)!
