Dishwasher repair
David did a great job diagnosing and repairing our dishwasher. He called ahead and let us know when to expect him, figured out our issue, ordered the new part and had it sent to us, returned and replaced the part, and even cleaned up after himself. Great service!

Alberto was excellent! Very knowledgeable, great customer relations and willing to explain what he was doing and why. If ever I have another problem, I would want him to take care of it for me. You kept me in the loop so I knew what to expect. One thing I would like is on your phone service is to have a selection to talk to a human. I would recommend Sears to any of my friends or family.

Kind technician
I appreciate Alberto's help. It didn't take him long to install the new motor for my ice maker. On his way out, he noticed that I didn't install my door knob correctly. He told me what needed to be done because I'm not good about jobs like that around my house.
