Great Experience

Frank was courteous and professional. He quickly determined the problem and what needed to be done. Unfortunately, the part needed to be replaced was not available and no longer made by Samsung. The range is 10 years old and I guess Samsung considers it obsolete at that time. Would call Sears Home Services again for any other appliance repair. Their online scheduling makes getting an appointment easy any time day or night and the estimated time of service was spot on. Thank you!

Hated, Hated, Hated the email scheduling notifications. How is anyone suppose to schedule time off from work when the scheduling time changed 3 times within 4 days. Thank goodness Brandon had to call us for some info & took excellent care to get our dryer fixed. He was so helpful and professional. 5 Stars for Brandon.

A/C repair

Mohammad was professional, efficient, and provided good customer service. He was able to quickly troubleshoot and fix the issue. A comment not reflective on Mohammad: It seems that Sears home service may be understaffed as it took 10 days to receive service. It was reported 8/26 through Choice Home Warranty and accepted 8/27 by Sears. First available appointment was 9/4 afternoon.
