Professional, friendly, and competent.
This was my second time that James has repaired an appliance for me. This time is was an upright freezer in the garage. One of James' skills is customer education. To summarize, he could have diagnosed parts to be replaced, when the existing parts were OK, but he didn't do that. He has 11 years of experience and he knows his appliances.

Michael was such a pro! Glad to have the service.
My refrigerator had been leaking and Michael knew exactly what to do. He quickly replace the hose that was clogged up and explained to me exactly what happened. I really appreciate his professionalism and he was so nice. I have been a customer of the Sears warranty program for Many years and I would recommend to anyone.

Dryer not turning
I had a kenmore dryer and the drum wouldn't turn. The tech texted me called me and communicated each step along the way from the original visit to ordering part to follow up service and completion. Excellent work

Kenmore Dryer Repair
The technician from Sears was quick to identify the problem and the estimated repair costs made me decide for the purchase of a new dryer. Missing information was the technician's name, company address, company contact information. I do not like to deal with a business I do not know.

Michael
He was very nice. However, he had to make two trips to establish that the sensor panel is the problem. He has offered to put in for a refund because of the misdiagnosis. The problem is not him, but it is the refrigerator.
