Exceptional Service
Jorge was professional and friendly. He had to visit a few times to fix our ice maker issue and each time we were glad he was the technician that showed up. I would highly recommend Sears Home Service and Jorge for repair needs.

Leaking, 21" dishwasher
Mr. Lu called ahead and arrived within minutes of his arrival time. I explained the problem, where I had seen the leak, how much water had dripped, and that I had not used the dishwasher since. I also indicated that a small piece of stiff plastic had detached from the door gasket. He quickly replaced it, ran the machine through a cycle while watching. The dishwasher was not leaking. He told me to watch through the next run and call if the leak occurred again.He was quick thorough and polite. Thank you.

Grateful Customer
Cornelius, was polite and courteous. He listen to what I had to say and went right to checking everything and notice my tube needed to be tighten. I also told Cornelius that the tech before him tighten something under my washer. First he made sure that my washer was washing, he lift my washer cover and notice my washer was not doing anything. It was about a month and half, when i it broke with the same sound like grinding. When Cornelius checked under my washer he notice that something was broken, he went right to work and changed and replaced the parts that were broke. I am so grateful for Cornelius for being the first tech that was thorough, checked everything and had the parts to fix my washer. I did not have to wait again. He is an excellent tech. He is great and knows his stuff. Forever A Grateful Customer
