Technician was knowledgeable, sincere & honest. Unfortunately Sears repair & labor cost are as high as a auto-mechanics. It would cost as much to repair as it would to buy a new washer.😮💨

Mike was friendly, professional, punctual, very communicative and above all very knowledgeable in what he does. He diagnosed the issue with my appliance, placed the part order and promised that as soon as the the part came in he would be out to put it in as he noticed he had a new born and know how important the functionality of our appliance was to our family. He came when the part was installed at the conclusion of his long day and long drive with 0 complaint and kept his word. Couldn't say enough good things about him.

Very nice and fast service
He showed up on time, was very personable, kind and respectful. Explained what he was doing and when he had to come back because the parts needed to be ordered. He made sure to give his number to call as soon as the parts arrived to our home he would work us in his schedule to get my washer fixed. Parts arrived later the next day and he arrived at 8:15 the next morning. It was a little more than we would have paid using a local service but that had nothing to do with the technician. Also there was no upcharge for him coming to finish the job on a Saturday!

My teck Michael was great. Your scheduling needs work. Micheal arrived at my house at 7pm on a Friday night, I was grateful, but felt bad for the long day he had. I was tried just waiting for him to show 8 am / 5pm.
