Very nice young man kind .
This young man was very nice. Worked fast , had the part on his truck. I was surprised I was able to get an apt. that helped a lot, I really appreciate that. So that it made the stress of my washer being down a lot easier to deal with. So both the call center and the young man that came you all were great.

Efficient and friendly
Cornelius was great. He works well under the pressure that sesrs puts upon him. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 stars for Cornelius. He quickly replaced the parts and was out in 30 minutes. I am not happy with Sears repair. My washer has been out of commission since early October. Today is December 24. Cornelius is my 9th appointment scheduled. I was certain today wouldn't happen since it is Christmas eve, so when I go the call he was on his way, I was elated. Sears needs to hire more technicians and work on their scheduling. Stop using AI to to make schedules that no human can manage in the time allotted.

Christmas Eve Service!
My washer stopped working evening of 12/23! Thankfully, was able to book a Christmas Eve morning appt! 🙏 Have had the pleasure of having William as repair tech for previous appts, and he's the best! Came early in the service window, diagnosed issue and repaired quickly! In and out within an hour, so was still able to do last minute shopping! Soooo appreciative! Best service, worth every penny!!
