Excellent service
The time frame that I was given for the service repairman to come was between 1-5 pm. I was happy that Corn showed up before 2 pm. My washing machine had problems with the spin cycle. Corn showed me what was wrong and gave me a repair quote as my machine was not under a service contract. He gave me my options and explained the Sears Protect Home Warranty Plan. I chose to sign up for the Plan as my other major appliances are also older models. Corn thoroughly answered my questions and finished the repair quickly. He was very knowledgeable and personable.

Best service!
This was the fastest, most professional service call we have had. We have had to wait 2 weeks to up to a month for even an appointment for other service calls, but this one was within the week even with it being New Years week. He had everything he needed, came in quickly, was polite and professional and knew the problem right away and fixed it in record time.

Tech was great all other aspects were terrible
The technician Ritesh was great, knowledgeable and fixed the problem right away, I would give him 5 stars but The scheduling, rescheduling and rescheduling was the worst experience ever. Your company has ZERO customer service, I had to write a poor review in Yelp to even get a number to be able to reach a person to talk to after my appointment was rescheduled twice and looked to be about to be rescheduled a third time. You have no respect for your customers or their time. You want everything done with AI and that doesn't work. Learn that people don't like being lied to, I would rather know it will take a week to have someone out then to wait around for an entire day expecting someone to show up and then get a text at last minute saying you have a new appointment date. And then waiting around another day. Hire enough technicians to service the area you promise. I don't know why my warranty still uses your service with such poor customer service.

The repair man was amazing… great personality, got the job done…. To ask customers to give a 9 hour window is ridiculous…. There needs to be a better system
