Tim was awesome, and quickly diagnosed the issue with my dryer and made the repair with the speed of a NASCAR pit crewman! The only thing that delayed him a bit was a required corporate conference call from HR that prevented him from completing the payment transaction. He was an absolute professional and is one of a highly skilled dying breed in the service industry.
