Dryer repair
Johnny was wonderful! He was able to fix my dryer. He was kind and very professional. He also cleaned my washing machine filter and my dryer trap at the time of the repair. The cost was affordable and saved us from having to buy a new dryer! Definitely would recommend!

Excellent service, after 11 weeks of frustration
On Nov 8, Joe came in and quickly determined that the problem was external to the washing machine. The check valves in the water supply hoses had failed closed. No repair was required. This, after we initially requested support on Aug 24. Parts were ordered and a Tech assigned to visit on Sept 6. That visit was delayed until Sept 20, then delayed again until Oct 14. The tech who finally visited on Oct 14 installed the parts. This did not fix the problem, which he then diagnosed (incorrectly) as a control board problem, which he said he ordered but never arrived. That repair was scheduled for Nov 6, then rescheduled for Nov 8 when Joe arrived and correctly identified the problem. Keep Joe; he's excellent. As for the rest of our recent experience with Sears Home Services, we are happy to say that we will never again rely on your dysfunctional organization.
