Excellent Technician, Superior Customer Service
Efrain is an excellent, dedicated technician who is thorough and honest. He is also polite and kind. The previous technician ordered two parts – a pump and a capacitor. Efrain's quickly went to work upon arrival. His vast knowledge is impressive; it allowed him to precisely locate and quickly address the pump problem in a matter of minutes. Then he determined that the capacitor was functioning as designed and did not need to be replaced; he will return it for us. Efrain restored our washing machine to perfect working order, and we are grateful for his terrific care. Please commend him for his outstanding customer service.

Fast and efficient

Dryer repair
Patrick was extremely courteous and friendly! He examined my dryer and found that the door was not completely closed-my fault. He also vacuumed every where inside the dryer! My dryer is perfect again!
