Dryer repaired
I wasn't home during the repair but Charles called me to let me know he would be on his way. I was thankful for that so I could make my husband aware of his arrival. When I got home my dryer was fixed and put right back in place. Still have yet to test out but I'm sure it will work. Otherwise I think I would have heard from Charles and I didn't. Thank you Charles!

Unlike the first repairman who didn't completely fix the issue, Eduardo not only fixed the issue, because he was skeptical of what the problem was, he ended up saving us over $280 in unnecessary repairs that would not have fixed anything. By double checking the initial repairman's work he was able to fix the problem and get the washer working immediately. While first repairman (Daniel) was more interested in selling a warranty than doing the proper work, Eduardo was more concerned with fixing the problem. Because of how Eduardo handled our problem, my faith in Sears was restored. If I ever have another appliance issue, I will specifically request Eduardo because I know it will get fixed correctly.
