Great service on two appliances
Mark had to install parts on a washer. He worked quickly and efficiently. He was also scheduled to look at my range, but when it was set up using the online chat, it was erroneously marked as a normal service call (I'd have to pay), even though the range is on my protection agreement. He had me call to get that changed, and after much gnashing of teeth trying to get a live person, I finally got the service item changed. He checked out the range. He had to deal with his side of the maintenance team to get his paperwork straightened out, which he did.
