The treadmill has been great for many years. A few things needed to be replaced. Stephen ordered the parts, they were delivered prior to him arriving. As usual, he was very professional and did a great job getting it back to running condition.

James is an excellent technician. You are very lucky to have him. On a side note, we called to renew our treadmill master protection agreement after his visit. We contacted the warranty department to do that and were denied that option because the warranty was approaching 8 years old at the end of this month. We are decades long customers of Craftsman, Proform, and Kenmore products and are beyond disappointed that this is how long term clients are treated. We were informed that renewal was not allowed for warranties that are 8 years old and older. Ours is not 8 years old for another month. The answer was still 'no'. I doubt we will ever do business with Sears again nor will we recommend them to anyone. It is sad, really, as our loyalty to Sears started back in the 1960s when my father was a technician there and you could find no better products or service than from Sears.
