Very good service on my trash compactor. Technician was very informative and very personable. Explained my issue and also explained the repair needed. He showed up when he said he would and left my home just as he found it. Very satisfied.

Zaire = GREAT; SEARS = HORRIBLE
Zaire has been to our home 3 times and was always helpful and candid. Unfortunately, it took 2 months to finally get our trash compactor fixed given multiple cancelled appointments both day before and day of. Received damaged parts, so took yet another appointment, and on top of all that only got a full day placeholder for the appointment in advance so had to waste multiple days out of the office. Will NEVER use Sears again.

Happy for fixed trash compactor
Due to delays in shipping parts to us, we were unable to use the compactor for over a week. We are so very happy that Patrick could replace the worn gears and get us up and running!
