I am always pleased when Christopher comes to repair my snowblower. Due to the fact that he has become a great Friend and he knows how important it is to me to have a machine that I can count on to remove the snow from my driveway. I appreciate that he takes the time to answer my questions. To have a snowblower for 20 years is a blessing, and I owe this to a competent Tech.

Mark was hear on time no problem there but he could have a better personality not friendly at all we have a part that was ordered we wanted replaced but he didn't want to do it he claimed it didn't need to be replaced I already have it and paid for I think he should have replaced it.

It would have been better if they at least gave us shut off valves like we asked before they left, however, they chose to leave without even doing anything for the money we paid them.
