I have Yet to see Him or Experience any Service from him! I did in fact receive 2 text messages from the tech, the 1st one stated that they had Arrived and what I needed to do so that they were Safe upon entry! I followed those guidelines, and low and behold an Hour passed by, but No one pulled up or Showed up, I stood outside in the Cold waiting and looked around to see if maybe they were Lost! I eventually Called and was told that the technician reported back to the dispatcher that he was "Overbooked" and No one communicated that with me Until I Called to check out what was going on! I feel like I have been a victim of a Breached Contract, because not only did I have to pay in Advance before they scheduled my Service, but I also was not informed of any Changes, while having to sit here All Day waiting, and expecting Service! I have Family and Friends who came to visit and preparing the Meals were an Extreme Task! I feel like I want to contact The Better Business Bureau, and File Suit Against Your Company, because not only did I Feel like I had been Robbed, but I also couldn't Enjoy This Season Properly with my Love Ones! I want to be Compassionated for the Inconvenience I had to Endure! This is my Worst Experience I had so far to Endure! I have been Paying for a Service by CONTRACT, with No Service Rendering at ALL!So far Not one Representative in this Entity was Empathetic or willing to make this Right! I Made A MISTAKE IN TRUSTING IN SEARS! I now cannot get any so call Service until February of 2025 !

Misdiagnosed, Wrong Parts

Tadd was nice, but very inadequate in assisting us with our repairs. The first time he came out, he "ordered 2 parts" and took very little time looking at the machine itself. I called the company a few days later to see when the parts would be in, and they informed me the parts had never been ordered. They said they would order and expedite the order. No one had told us they were supposed to be delivered to our house, so when Tadd came back, and asked for the parts we were unaware of any parts we were supposed to have. He THEN explained the parts would be delivered to our house, so he ordered more parts, but this time it was 3 parts that were different than the initial 2. We had another technician come today and it turns out our machine only had a broken cable underneath it, and could've been fixed 3 weeks ago when the first visit occurred. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Andrew failed.

Andrew, for some reason, did NOT call before arrival. Every other Sears repair appointment had a call happen before arrival so I could make sure someone was home to allow the technician in and put my dogs outside. Arrival time for Andrew was displayed as between 1230pm-2pm. I went to the gas station at 10am. Now, my already delayed repair is being delayed again. Thanks for that Andrew. You failed today. I spent hours calling and talking to the warranty provider and service provider numbers because you couldn't simply call me before your early arrival that jumped multiple hours ahead of schedule.

He did not do the job!

Joseph W never showed up or called and said he was not coming. I am so disappointed with this program. I still don't have heat. It is time to refund my money.

Byron was great, but part was wrong color and defected

Byron was a great service man. However, please respond ASAP regarding the item replaced was wrong color and also defected. The metal was bent. Please let me know if you can provide me with a credit for the part. Also, the repair ONLY took 20 minutes. The cost of labor should also be reduced. Please let me know ASAP. Thank you

Washer repair

When the repair person came, I explained the issue to him and he started checking the machine just lighting up the panel on the machine I explained to him what the issue was and he was just on his cell phone and proceeded to tell me that he could not wait that long to run the cycle on the machine so I asked why was he here, in order to see what I had explained he would need to run the heavy/duty cycle. So after that I asked him if he didn't have time to fully check the machine then why are you here so he sat down and waited, on his cell phone and not until the cycle was complete and said that he didn't find anything wrong with the machine so I told him that i would be calling the Sears Service and he said ok and left OMG I have never had to deal with anyone so rude in all the years that I have had a warranty with your company never again

The tech never showed up. This is the 6th time that my appoint has been canceled. He says that the unit is inaccessible which is wrong, I have pulled the unit out every time and took the door off from the room so he can get in. How would he know if it was inaccessible if he never shows up! I have lost money taking a whole day off 6 times! I am owed something. And now I called and was told that he canceled my order and I have to get my insurance to start a new claim, how can he do that when he never even shows up. This is very unprofessional! I am a disabled veteran and I have had to pull this washer out every time and no one shows up. I am very angry right now but all I want is for someone to show up and fix my washer.
