Dryer repair
The Samsung dryer control module had to be replaced because the dryer was not functioning properly. Gregory was very knowledgeable and had all the necessary tools to replaced the control module. He was very personable and completed the job in a short time. Definitely 5 stars!

David was very efficient took 2 hours to make the repair which may sound like a long time but we've had six other technicians come replacing parts and not getting the job done David did a full diagnostic found a wiring problem and replace some parts and finally we have a working dishwasher we are very grateful this is Don via voice text if something is wrong I am sorry I cannot look down I am driving a tractor trailer in traffic

Washer repair ( Whirlpool)
Unfortunately the washer is still unrepaired. It's is now under consideration to replace. Waiting and extra week is not helpful, as this is the second repair attempt in 3 weeks. Meanwhile my son has had to wash his clothes at my home. Inconvenient at the least. A quick decision to have a new washer delivered is important and convenient . Driver was very nice, but could not respond to replacement questions.
