Repair not working
The repair done on Jan 16 was not fully tested as the washing machine is not properly working. It runs for exactly 3 minutes then completely stops working. I need another technician to return and fix completely fix and test the repair.

Late
Got a message saying on his way and called saying 7 mins away. An hour and 20 mins go by before he shows up. Then doesn't have a stool and asks to borrow one and says nothing is wrong with my freezer. He put 8 screws in the actual door of my freezer and covered them with tape.

Rude
So I am not sure if the technician was unhappy that he had to come out our way last minute because there was a schedule change, but he was quite rude to myself on the phone and. My husband in person. We will not be using sears services again. After taking a day off from work to have our fridge serviced, I was notified via the online system that they had canceled the appointment. This happened about 15 minutes before the scheduled arrival. The first technician was nice enough. He ordered the part and scheduled a return service for one week later. The part arrived to our home three days later. Sears contacted me the day before the appointment and stated again that they would need to cancel because they did not have a part. I contacted them and told them that I had a part delivered. The online chat service said , "oh yes, that is the correct part and we will be out tomorrow ". Really the whole system is very disorganized.

Gas Dryer with new timer

Furnace Repair
The repairman did not fix my problem. I continue to smell natural gas and my furnace is continuously running. I'm very unhappy with my service and still need my furnace fixed!

Nor happy
Took too long for parts and repairs to be completed. Still not fixed. Technicians were friendly but repairs unacceptable

Heating system
After thermostat was placed, the room is still cold. I'm not giving him a bad rating because he was a pleasant technician, but it's still cold in the bedroom. I' m not sure of after 30 minutes, there show be an increase in temperature with a closed door, but the temperature decreased. I need someone to come back, and fix the problem.
