No Deal
Elijah was great but was not qualified to render the service requested. How those details were not worked out before sending him here and having me wait all day is un excusable. Funny thing is he knew to ask for the part that he was unable to install. A new name does not translate to better service and apparently that new leaf has not been turned.

Not very satisfied
While the technician came and replaced the ice maker, this did not solve the problem. Ice maker is still not generating ice or even filling up with water. I have had to schedule yet again next week to get it fixed. Time frame for technician was 8-5 and did not get here until 5:30.

Unfriendly and uncaring
Having had such a positive experience with our original repair technician, who was friendly and kind (we are both disabled) we were disappointed by the coldness and unfriendly person visiting today. Our previous technician had offered to help me clean behind the fridge / freezer on his next visit, this guy wanted to quote me for a coil clean (not what we'd asked for help with). He pulled out the drawer of the freezer and there was dirt and now mold due to melted ice and he called me into the kitchen and told me it was my chance to wash it clean. I told him it was going to be very difficult for me as I couldn't bend down easily. He turned his back and ignored me. I get it's not his job, but there is something called understanding and human kindness - this man demonstrated neither. I couldn't wait for him to leave.

followup
we have a case number 7773114 for a dryer replacement. Blum emailed us yesterday there are no more parts avaiable. We have been trying to resolve this issue since our first apt on 12/9/23. it is now 3/23/24. we have been told we will speak with off line team. Blum maintenance sent me an email, there are no parts. when do you plan on replacing my dryer,this seems like a scam, I used to love and trust sears

Need to reset washer.
Tried to get our technician back. My wife was unable to use the washer to work properly. It kept filling up with water and it began to leak water from the bottom of the wash. We need it to work properly. Mr Juan should have tested the washer to be sure it was in good working condition.

Condescending and not sure if there was a problem or not.
My washer leaked when we ran it over the weekend, so I closed the water and scheduled a service call. The technician came over and told us that he did not understand how it could leak when the water is turned off. We explained that our leak detector noticed the water and we had to clean a puddle of water in our laundry room and turn off the water. He looked at our leak detector and said he did not believe that it is a leak detector. He ran the machine and it did not leak. He said nothing was wrong and left. I don't blame him for not finding an issue, but he was condescending and in a rush to leave. Overall, I am not sure if the issue was solved, and was left confused. This might be my worst experience dealing with a technician.

The problem was not fixed
Patrick was very helpful and courteous. He thought he had fixed the issue and instructed us that we should have ice in 24 to 48 hours. We still don't have ice.

Low review due to ice maker still not working
I gave Mr. Bowman a low rating because after 3 days the ice maker is still not working and need to make another service call. Mr. Bowman found ice stuck in the uce maker, removed it and informed my husband to wait 3 days for it start making ice. Its been 3 days going on the 4th day and still no ice.

Tech missed problem
The door contacts on the microwave are malfunctioning again. The internal switches don't line up with the door connectors, so the microwave fails to start. The internal section was replaced, but the door appears to be the problem. In order to make the microwave to work at all, you have to pull down on the door as you are shutting it in order for the unit to activate.
