I cannot rate at this moment because your technician didn't come or check/repair my unit.this is the second time your technician cancel the appointment..I'm very upset because I cancelled all my appointments the date that was given your technician because I'm waiting for the service.i hope you can take an action of this because this is the second time last minute they cancel the appointment service.if your technician need the receipt or any proof of purchase why they cannot ask ahead of time or before the date of appointment.and one more thing they email me the total cost of receipt and nobody come and check/repair my washer

Nice but ineffective
Came to fix my GE combo. The drying step was working but taking longer than normal. Now it stays on load sensing forever.

Did not fix it.
washing machine still broken. did not open and see if the motor or mounts for the basket are still functional.

William was great, but the problem wasn't fixed when he left
We are still without a washer. William was a great technician but I still don't have a washer to use?

Maytag washer
Technician showed up for the second time of being here and then refused to do anything claiming there was not enough room to work on the appliance. Which he did not let us know during his first visit prior to his second visit even though he had seen the room. All parts were on top of washer upon his arrival.

Maintenance on fridge
I had no problem with Ozie, my disappointment is with the people that managed the service department. I have a microwave oven sitting on my living room floor since December 3, 2004, waiting to be installed, they can't find any one. Go figure. Been a customer for over 20 years, no more, service sucks. I paid almost $1700.00 last year for a master protection plan for about 8 appliances.

Horrible service
This is the 3rd time he came out, this time he tries to charge me a deductible that didn't exist, tells me he would call me back and never did. The repairs he is doing are quick fixes. First he says it was my Freon then the very next day says I need to replace a larger piece for more money and the AC unit still isn't fixed.
