Refrigerator Repair
I have used Sears Service for many years and they have been very good. For this service call I had a broken water line which has happened a few times with this fridge. Even though I told Sears what the issue was, the technician did not have the necessary tubing to make the repair on the first visit. The technician ordered some tubing which arrived a week later and on the second visit Helvettica was able to make the repair. Overall, I thought Helvettica did a good job, was very knowledgeable and had good customer skills. Only issue is that it took two trips and over two weeks to make a simple repair.

Dewon provided excellent customer services but I must add he scratched the front panel of our dryer pretty bad and admitted it and suggested we could file a claim with Sears.
