Service repair man
James was very polite explained my dryer situation on a side note James was very dirty clothes were very dirty and he stunk very badly I could Harley breath I was holding my breath as much as possible (sorry for the negative person hygiene comments but I felt you should know) thank you !! NANCY ALI

Kenmore fridge
Charles very friendly and spent a good bit of time researching and trouble shooting the problem . Told us doesn't think he can get it to stay running. It tried to start but kept turning back off. Please provide information to zJane Campbell. This past Wednesday we were all upset with your service department for being a no show and no communication about why tech never showed. We were well informed today several messages Thursday,Friday and again today.

Sears Service Review
Original appointment scheduled for Monday, center called saying needed to reschedule for following day, however the appointment was actually rescheduled for Thursday instead. This location is in a desert with temperatures constantly over 100 degrees, so no AC is a real problem. Tried to call back to stress the urgency but no matter what number I used a real person could not be reached. No complaints with the Technician himself, but the Sears company service was extremely disappointing and unfortunate.

Ron K provided top notch service with no complaints!!! While he found a problem with the refrig unfortunately after fixing it the refrig still doesn't cool or freeze. Must call again for a fifth visit for service. phooey!!

Maintenance check from extended warranty
Seth was very professional, polite & gave some hints. Problem was I called to have a maintenance check & clean vent inside dryer. As I have had this done from your company many times during the years this was the 1st time a tech didn't have a small vacuum to properly clean lint, etc. Was told his was broke & company didn't replace yet. I had to get my vacuum to clean better & I used a cloth to get the rest. When did this become the customers job I was thinking. I am a senior but wanted a thorough job so I helped.

Very polite and efficient. Cleaned up any messes he made. I had a small problem because my dogs are quite rowdy which would have been alleviated had I had a heads up phone call. The window for service was from 8:00 to 5:00 which is an awfully large window. And Jorge arrived at about 4 :30. Very nice man. I'm very pleased.

Scheduling
Andrew is very friendly and told me everything he was doing and answered my questions. He would get 5 stars. My problem is the way appointments are made. I think a better effort should be made to give an estimate when the tech will arrive when the appointment is made. Giving an 8-5 timeline is not at all helpful. Even to narrow it down to morning or afternoon would be more beneficial. If I had to take off work to be home, I'd be very upset, especially since the refrigerator has been serviced multiple times.
