Repair latch on dishwasher.
Lemon R courteous, professional and completed the job to my satisfaction. However, the telephone experience leading up to scheduling the appointment, was not satisfactory. Not being able to talk directly to a customer service rep, was very frustrating. I was on the verge of cancelling my home warranty.

Job still not finished
Job not finished. Calling is to lupus to get a hold of right person and job shows complete. Leki (Alexa?)was great but somewhere in research etc nothing has been resolved and 3 parts never came. Word is parts not available and we would be contacted for range replacement. Started claim June 2: still no word spoke with john today DMiel recently and both very helpful but research has not responded to any updated on case. Job seemed to have been signed off and completed no never done only inspected back on June and it is now Aug

Refrigerator repair
Unable to be specific on my questions. When asked it would be fixed today, responds, I don't know. When pressed he responds Well, you got to start somewhere. Left dirt on the floor and on the island after repair. At the first appt, when explaining what might be wrong, he told me to clean something, that May he part of the problem. I ask where? He replied "there" pointing to the back corner of fridge which was a general area. I had to ask 2 more times, got the same response and pointing. I said, I only see 2 cords there. He finally squatted down to get more specific . I said how am I be supposed to clean under that area He asked if I wanted him to do it. I said yes. He frequently acted like I should know more about how a fridge worked and was annoyed when I asked questions about how will I know if the ice machine will work if how long will it take to cool and what temps are the goal for fridge and freezer.

Dishwasher assessment for error code
Technician just ask what was wrong and did not proceed in checking the machine until it was explained about the error code. Had he gone to the machine looked while trying to start the machine it would have been clear what was wrong. He didn't not spend much time assessing, corrected the error code and just said the drain needs to be clean. I clean the drain and we run the garbage disposal several times a day so this should not have been the cause. We also rinse our dishes before putting them in the dishwasher.

Sears Home service is Trash
My experience with Cinch and Sears was horrible. It took over a week to get an appointment for my refrigerator repairs. The first technician spent 5 minutes and told me he was ordering parts. I scheduled another appointment for the parts installation, but the technician never showed up. The next available appointment was three weeks out. After several phone calls to customer service, they told me there was nothing they could do about the availability of the technicians. My complaints went through the chain of command, a supervisor, and a case manager, all of whom were incompetent. After 3 and half weeks without a working refrigerator, Tommy, the new technician came to fix it, only for me to realize the first technician also ordered the wrong parts. Fortunately, he had one of the parts in his truck. The new technician was knowledgeable and had a good personality, but that does not take away my frustration and disappointment with how Sears handled my situation. I will cancel my Sears warranty agreement by next month when it is up for renewal. I have had my Sears Home warranty since 2016, but they lost my business.

Stackable washer,dryer
Saw it and it'll take 2people he said. He cut the spin on . Cut it off Then picked his bag and said I'llcall you in about hour or so. Said He had to look up parts and contact Select Home Warranty. Calls and told me it was too old to fix and they would either fix it or replace . Not impressed with the way he presented himself. Wouldn't want him again. He told me on the phone about 700.00 to fix.

JOB COMPLETE
Long story, short of it, Leonard came back today, installed a new part, indicated he needed another part, left to get it, came back, installed the part and told me all was good! shame on me for believing and not testing before he left, because I did my first load and the dryer was still not heating/drying! Another service call Wednesday - totally frustrated!

Long wait
Not happy with how long it took to get anything done which was not done at all. Had to send the units back and I can't say if the work was good or not but the constant rescheduling was ridiculous.

Kinda rude, didn't really enjoy the 5 minute experience. Says it's user error , maybe it was.. (but he couldn't fully check machine do to " company policy") I get it's the end of the day and you see a lot of things that may seem silly, but it was just an unpleasant experience for us.
