Not the best
We waited a little over 2 weeks for 3 parts to be delivered only to be told on the 2nd visit there was a wire unplugged. The tech was great but I feel like that could have been found on the first visit, I was without a dryer for 2 1/2 weeks.

Technician Review
The technician asked me to sign forms to accept the work being done. He did not show me the verbiage on the forms that explains the possibility of damage if the appliance was moved. I only saw that later once I was sent the forms via email. Not a good move. The technician also seemed rushed to get in and get out, and did not complete the work that was promised over the phone when I made the appt (did not clean the range gasket).

AC repair failed after one week
This is the third time the AC has gone out this summer. The HVAC is on its last leg and it is 105+ degrees. I need a permanent fix.

Repair in wall Air Conditioner
On August 8, the repair man came to repair my in wall air conditione. He said he had to take it out of the wall to repair and needed someone to help him take it out of the wall and would have to reschedule so he did for August 11. On August 11 he called around 8:30 am and said he can not come since his manager said they cannot take it out of the wall that I would have to get someone to take it out of the wall then he could repair it and then I would have to get someone to put it back in the wall. I have not air for over a month on this air conditioner. Why did Esaus wait til the day of service to notify me . Very unsatisifed with the service of the agreement that I have with Sears.

Ice maker repair.
Steve was great. The icemaker worked for a few minutes and stopped again. I waited forcit to make a batch of ice andxwhen i tried to use it, nothing happens. The ice is fresh and clean. No clumps, not wet. The maker just stopped.

Not very Personable.
Richard was here the first time in July, after we waited 1 1/2 weeks for our appt. While here he stated we needed a new part and ordered it, but was not able to return to our home for 3 weeks. When he came back, he stated we needed a new compressor. if we ordered, it would be another 2 weeks before installation could be done. First, I think Richard isn't up to par on his diagnosis. I think he needs more training to be able to not cause the frustration we have incurred. We are not going to spend anymore money on this refrigerator, because it is foolish to spend that kind of money on an older frig. Sears needs more technicians to handle the service you are selling.

Kind of rude
Gave me an 8 hr window which is just horrible. I know he is a subcontractor for Sears but makes them look bad. All text messages state that a Sears tech is coming so I make the check out to Sears and he like (rudely) the company is "transform co" so the check had to be voided he then takes pics of the check in my living room then says you can keep that I took pictures….just rude. I would not recommend him not great customer service.
