Joseph was very nice. He saved us a lot of money because he asked me for the purchase receipts from Sears and after revising many of them he found out that the refrigerator parts were still covered by the manufacturer's warranty. He fixed my refrigerator promptly and neatly. In addition he is very affable, honest and caring person. Thank you Mr Joseph for your great job!

Emmanuel arrived in the afternoon and he waded right into my concerns about my 3 year old LG three door refrigerator. He asked questions and I answered them, I asked questions and he answered them. Quickly I knew he was leading me through the issues and he came to the conclusion of what has causing my issues and made me feel very comfortable and happy that there were no big issues with my refrigerator. I was pleased to have used Sears and more pleased that they has sent Emmanuel to be my repair guy. Thanks Sears...
