Tajmohammand called to let me know when he would arrive. He was on time, professional and friendly. He fixed my oven quickly, and explained to me the problem. It was a pleasant experience.

Russell was very nice but could not do the service we needed. The repair call was cancelled the first time. When he came for the reschedule, he could not fix the microwave because the repair order said it was a range in spite of my calling ge to tell them that. I would have corrected that with a&e but there is no way to contact a human being there. And he couldn't do the work anyway since he did not have the part even though I told them exactly what was wrong. So now we have to wait another 2 weeks and hope the microwave is noted correctly in the repair order and the part is the right one. I had to order the part myself. So if you use this company, be prepared to wait at home several times and pay for multiple service calls. This all could have been so much simpler if a&e had any phone service using people instead of automated loops. All that being said, I have no complaints about Russell himself.
