Luis was great. He felt terrible because he called me around 9:15 AM and said he would be here soon and then about a half hour later I got a call he had a flat tire. He kept in contact with us and evidently Sirius had to give him a new truck. He came. He did all six appliances and found there was an issue with the refrigerator and he reported that.
