Mike did great for my range repair in and out on time.
The dryer appoint was canceled at 11:30 by AI stupidity!! Then I couldn't get in touch with anybody and when I did, they couldn't help me. I was speaking to someone in South Asia, so 50 minutes. it took me to try to get that resolved for my dryer repair. I took a day out of work, wasted a day out of work Hopefully somebody comes today. Somebody in management should call me because I'm very dissatisfied with the service I'm very disappointed with that you don't know what the definition of a " appointment " is !! and I can't speak to anybody they wouldn't transfer me to customer service.
