I was satisfied with the technician, Tim S. But I was not satisfied with trying to get through to Sears Home Central. It took me forever to get through to a person. Also, it is frustrating that when I did talk to someone on the phone to set up an appointment they say it's from 8 to 5 but the technician is so overbooked he did not arrive until 7 PM. I know us customers are at your mercy but it doesn't look good For you when I don't give you a good review through this site and to my friends. Sears, I expected better from you. Thank you
