Kevin was awesome. Called before coming. Came when we expected him to be here. Was friendly. Solved our problem quickly. HOWEVER, getting the service scheduled was A NIGHTMARE. It was originally scheduled for 10/13. No one came, no one showed up, no one called. WE waited 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. It was a HUGE challenge to call and get the service rescheduled. NO, I was unable to do it through the automated system.
