Efficient technician commitment to appointment time is poor
I am extremely disappointed that you have not honored your commitment to an appointment time. My appointment range was for 7 to 11am. Technician arrived at 2pm. I am disappointed in this part of your service. Shyheim was extremely pleasant and efficient

Sean keeps you well-informed
Sean has been to my house several times over the last few months and he keeps me very well informed about my appointments and also any delays if they happen. He is very courteous to me and my family and very conscientious about my home. I'm 70 years old and have used many, many appliance technicians in my life and I won't hesitate to tell you that Sean is one of the best.

James was awesome
I had two burners on my Kitchen Aid downdraft range that were not functioning properly. James came out and diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and today he came to fix it. It is working like a charm. James is very professional and a lovely gentleman. Wonderful service.

Stress Free
I was a bit anxious about having the range and refrigerator serviced the same day, but Gerald handled it so well. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, efficient that it went much more smoothly than I imagined. We were glad to have been his first client of the day. He diagnosed the issue with our stove, advised us about our options, did a maintenance on the refrigerator, and gave us some interesting information on the home warranty that Sears offers. He was very informative, a good communicator, efficient and pleasant. We were very pleased with his work.
