Juan is awesome
The title says it all: Juan is awesome! Oftentimes, repair guys talk down to me. Not Juan! He explained the issue clearly, talked to me about what future problems may arise because of this issue, and how to safely check things myself if this happens again. Oven heating issue
Mark was very knowledgeable. He explained some of the finer points of our oven that we were not aware of. We had a lot of confidence in him. Although we were unable to demonstrate the perceived problem, we feel his visit was well worth it.
