Repair of microwave
The Technicians service was precise, professional and thorough. On the other hand the call center service was awful. I really appreciate the technician's professionalism, but the call center need a major up grade.

Unlike the first man you sent that caused a 3 week delay..unlike the original SEARS Service,,,Your management has to the worst I have ever experienced and I'm 84..I'm being overcharged for all of this.. This young man gets a 5+ he is saving your business..I won't renew
