Fingers Crossed
This is my 4th time within the past year that I am requiring service for the same issue, Maytag Dryer. Twice with Sears, most recently, and Steve's appliance the 2 x's prior. Every technician that came out stated "squeaky/rusted wheel" and only replaced that. This time he replaced the pulley. Fingers crossed this is the last time for the same loud squealing noise. Besides this mess with the same dryer, we felt confident in his ability to address and fix the issue. Hopefully for the last time.

Washing machine leaking
Dan checked out the washer for me. He knows exactly what he is doing. Took 20 minutes to inspect the machine and tell me exactly what is wrong with it. Also what to expect in near future. Did not have the part needed to fix it due to the age of washer.
