Very Professional and Explained Everything !!!!!
Vonzell is a amazing man, and very helpful and diligent in his work. He came exactly when he said he was and was kind and polite at all times. Most of all he turned a stressful time not having my washing Machine into fixing it and making it new again. He was very honest and trust worthy and things you usually don't find in repairmen. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Professional, friendly and quick
It was a repeat appt from the day prior, when the dryer had been partially fixed. Chester diagnosed the problem immediately and not only corrected the issue, but did a complete inspection and pointed out some other minor issues. He also went the extra mile and contacted the service and today's diagnosis, labor, and parts were free of charge. With his 27 years of service, I'm not sure I could have gotten a better repairman. And Sears backed up their guarantee! A good day.
