extremely pleased with service rendered by bruce. on negative side, scheduling needs major improvement. original appointment 9/11; rescheduled by you to 9/23; rescheduled again by you to 10/23. come on sears home services. you can do better.

Dan inspected my DW and determined the problem. He ordered the parts and rescheduled to make the repairs. Fortunately, everything went quickly and even though the DW is old it's working again. The only negative comment is that my repair window was from 8 am to 5 pm. Not reasonable to sit and wait all day for a 20-30 minute appointment.

Anthony was polite and took time to explain what he was doing. He asked questions about the washer and what it was doing when it stopped working. while doing this he was running diagnostics. He explained what had caused the problem while trying to locate the part that had failed. He said he could not get that part from the supplier anymore. I appreciated the honesty he displayed in trying to solve the problem. Your company should be looking for his type to represent the repair side.
