Contact With Real Person Impossible
I got the technician, he diagnosed the problem in person, a compressor on my LG Fridge needs replacement. It's under warranty. Now LG wants a copy of my diagnostic report and it's not included with my $129 payment that I paid this company. If you need to speak with a real person to get paperwork or to ask a question the bot can't answer, you are out of luck. Too bad

Lg fridge repair
He came out and complained the whole time. He ordered a fan assembly and installed it and we still have the issue no fridge cooling. I called and texted him to let him know what he did did not fix it and he said to call my warranty. I work with repair companies all the time and there is no accountability here. Just toss a part in and go.

Fixed the washer

Sears Appliance Store NO SHOW
The technician never arrived 2 hours after we received the message that the technician is on the way. This is our 15 appointment were no showed up. I challenged you to call or email cooperate office. You will not get a response to your email and no one will answer the phone. This is a TRUE STORY and I can provide proof. The only reason I continue to schedule an appointment is because they were paid for a repair part and need to install it. They have approximately $300 in repair parts that belong in our refrigerator.

Repair dryer?
It would have been nice if he fixed the dryer instead of blaming it on the dryer hose. D80 code an hour after he left.

I scheduled a service for my dryer explaining the code that indicated vent blockage (flow sense). I explained all that to the phone person, waited a week for the service man to come and he said it sounds like a vent blockage and he didn't clean vents, only fixed machines. He did nothing, told me to call an air duct company to have the ducts cleaned. He left after about five minutes and was not very friendly.

NOT PLEASANT
Mike is a very rude man. My washer and dryer are in a limited space. In order for him to get to the back of the dryer, my clothes hamper and washer had to be moved. He was NOT gentle in moving the washer or hamper and he didn't move the washer enough to get the metal hamper out so he just force the hamper out rubbing my washer. Some things were hanging on the wall, which didn't need to come down but he just jerked them down. There was some lint in the dryer which he snatched out and shoved it in my hand not gentle at all. He did fix it but the whole experience was very unpleasant and there was not need for it.
