Sears technicians are very skilled and capable. Your administration systems (scheduling & digital interface) is terrible. I'm happy to discuss opportunities for improvement with anyone from Sears. The issues I've experienced make me want to find another service organization next time.

The technicians that provided the service were all very professional and courteous. However, it took 63 days to get my refrigerator operational. Parts had to be ordered but when they were installed there was another issue there was another issue that also required new parts. No explanation was given for this delay. Some appointments were not kept, without notification. It was re-scheduled for 9 days later but the day before the new appointment it was rescheduled for another week later. Again, no explanation was provided and it was extremely difficult to get past the automated phone system to talk to a human when I called the contact number .
