They canceled my appointment two time. Finally show up late in the afternoon to tell me that can not fixed the problem. At lease they could vacuum the dust on the coil. I still don't had the ice maker. WY I pay for something and don't get services. I'm completely disappointed. No help at all for a 70years old man.

Technician broke my refrigerator

Technician cam the first week of January to determine why my refrigerator was not making ice. After 20 minutes he said I need a two new parts and he ran out of here. Couple of hours later I noticed the refrigerator was not producing any freon and was at room temperature tried to contact Sears but could not talk to a human being. Eventually bought a new refrigerator. Very disappointed in your service and the quality of your technical people. will never use this service again.

Pressing charges against "technician "

William went so far beyond rude he was actually threatening. When I told him to get his finger out of my face and that I wanted a different technician he eventually started walking backwards down the driveway making a motion towards his penis and then waving his arms around…. I told him my neighbors have cameras that can see everything he's doing so he turned around with more sexually rude gestures as he left. Then he started texting me. As soon as I have the information I need to file charges for him communicating threats at me. I can get the footage from my neighbors and I have witnesses.

Fridge is still broken

I'm not sure it's the technicians fault, he just installed the parts, but my fridge is still not fixed!! Not cooling, not making ice!!

The technician came and fixed. The dishwasher said it was working. As soon as he left, I started a cycle on the dishwasher and it errored out. The error was AE. I called the technician, but he didn't answer so as I walked outside, he was in my neighbor's driveway smoking a cigarette so I walked over and told him that it was not working. I told him what the air was and he said it was probably caused because he didn't tighten the clamps tight enough so it was leaking. He told me the only option I had was to call and set up another appointment. It was horrible service.

Stay away from this Home Service

Had a 2 year old refrigerator that had a fan going out and the earliest they would come to me was 2 weeks. Then after waiting 7 1/2 hours to hear from their tech he called and said he was going to cancel. Instead of moving me up to the front they reset it for another 3 weeks later. I had to go out and find someone to come out and replace the fan before the compressor died. Then I received a call from Daniel today to tell me he was heading to my house. I never verified nor accepted this reschedule and told Daniel this. This wasn't Daniel's fault unless he was the one who cancelled on me 3 weeks ago. This is Sear's fault.
