Your home Warranty Services are fraudlulent

This nightmare began on October 28, 2024. Parts were ordered for our LG washer covered by your warranty. Here we are 10 visits, multiple repair attempts, wrong parts apparently being ordered by your technicians, failure of technicians to even show, more than 50 hours of my time lost waiting around, and your repair folks seem surprised that I don't want to lose another day for them to supposedly order the "correct parts" after almost 4 months, 10 service calls scheduled and made or blown off. How many times do you think it is reasonable to fix a washer or decide it cannot be fixed? Perhaps 4 months and 10 appointments? Your tech told me, told me, that he would note that it was non-repairable but looking at his visit notes he did not. His supervisor who he spoke with for more than 20 minutes in his truck would not talk to me despite my requesting Choi that he do so when he was told to order more parts. Scam is too nice of a word to use for what you have done.

Could not fix it

Scheduled a service call to fix the wobbling machine and vibrations during spin cycle. The machine is not level and he couldn't fix it.

First the tech was late, then he said the repair was done and tested. As soon as he left, I put in a load of laundry and got an error message. Now I have a broken washing machine filled with wet, dirty clothes.

Service is very poor. Everytime I use your service. I am apparently the last stop. After waiting all day and now it is way after business hours the technician arrives at 6:45 pm and then says he won't do any service cause he says saw a dead bug in crack of fridge. I believe he just was tired and wanted to go home. It was Valentine's Day. after waiting a week for the scheduled appointment I still have no working refrigerator. Canceled my contact cause I have to find someone else to do repair. Can't wait another week. When do repair men become such wimps

Came for a service call it was making funny noises and didn't get hot Noise didn't happen when he was here but he said it was dirty with lint so he cleaned it I just looked inside the trap and there is still tons a lint and the exhaust isn't hooked up in the back of unit now I have to move it and hook it up

Worst ever

His attitude is unbelievable. He didn't check dryer. Wife says not working. He told he just use a different setting. Then leaves and doesn't say anything. I paid a lot for that dryer. Sears totally let us down on this. When I get home if not working I'll be rescheduling another appt and hope I never see that technician again

dishwasher

Our dishwasher randomlly cuts out and looses all controls. It comes back to life on its own days later. The repair man just watched it and says it all looks good. And leaves. I getnit was the end of the day but come on. Dis not check its computer or anything. We are stuck with a maybe working dishwasher, and our warranty inches closer to used up. Could have said yup somethings faulty and written us up a replacement like the warranty says!!!
