Hi initially I was told that the repair would be over $500. I started researching what it would cost to buy a new one as the washer is 10 years old. While I was doing that your service technician took another look at another area I was able to make some adjustments to the drain and it ended up being a significantly less charge and he was able to repair and I am able to keep my washer so I was very happy.
