While the appointment was later than previously scheduled, the technician and phone operator reassured me the service would be completed in a timely manner as I had other appointments to attend to that day and needed this fixed asap. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything along the way. Problem was trouble-shooted and fixed quickly and efficiently with parts available. I wasn't shopping around for lowest price - I just wanted my washer fixed as any leaking water gives me high anxiety and can lead to water damage and mold issues.
