Kitchenaid control trouble shooting and settings .
Arkadiy is a caring, calm, patient technician. He is methodical, analysed problem and solved it and even explained what is not in manual for better care of the appliance. Fine tech with a caring atitude to customer. He carries the Sears tradition.

Fantastic Service Tech!
Great service tech. Let me know when he was arriving, let me know what he was doing, and then took care of the issue. I recommend him 110%!

MITCH
There was unexpected breakage of one freezer shelf supports while removing it to expose the EVAPORATOR COVER TO IN STALL THE EVAOPORATOR FAN. I was informed to get a refund or complete the installation. I agreed to continue the repair. I said I would fix a temporary support. Wish there were replacement parts.?? Unit seems to be running satisfactory now.

Josh was very good. Spent a lot of time on it even though he didn't have an explanation for the issue. He is welcome to come back.

A Different Recommendation
Problem: KitchenAid refrigerator turns itself off for no apparent reason. Tech visits in Jan and April did not resolve the problem; refrigerator turned itself off in September. Darious recommended that we have an electrician assess the "health" of the appliance outlets rather than replace a computer control panel - again. We'll see if he's correct.
