Even with all of the mistakes customer service made, including, trying to sell new services while I was still trying to resolve my issue (HUGE CUSTOMER SERVICE MISTAKE), infuriated me! However, his dedication to doing an excellent job should be commended!

Cody was very efficient—on time—and fixed our oven! This whole process has taken nearly a month to repair—due to having to order parts from whirlpool but Cody has fixed our boards and hopefully no more service will be needed!
