Enrique is a very personable man, works quickly, explains what is happening with the repair. He originally identified the problem, arranged for the part to be delivered to us, and returned to install the new part. He cleans up after the repair, and took away the old parts, returning the kitchen to its normal appearance. He is friendly, well spoken, polite and courteous. It was a pleasure having him perform our repair.

Excellent Tech Service
John kept me posted of his ETA through out the day, which was VERY much appreciated. Upon arrival he listen to my description regarding the operation of my oven, pulled the oven out, removed panels and quickly identified a broken lower coil. He had the part on hand and made the repair quickly and efficiently. Great service, thank you!
