Ice Maker Repair
Rendel was very pilot and knowledgeable about the problem with my ice maker. He repaired the ice maker and told me if I had further problems with it, it would be replaced. He communicated via text in regards to his arrival.

Ritesh was knowledgeable and provided good service for our repair. The experience using AI communication on parts and scheduling was very frustrating. It showed that parts had not shipped that I already had, resulting in rescheduling the repair. It was very difficult to communicate about the parts.
